While Team Off The Gram Podcast is continuing to practice social distancing by observing shelter-in-place, we have NOT stopped creating amazing episodes FULL of wisdom from our favorite and most trusted experts (and in my case, besties!)!

We are SO excited to announce a three-episode capsule series of Off the Gram Podcast focused on Quarantine Wellness. This means we’re talking healthy routines, sticking to health goals, ways to relieve tension, and more throughout this extremely stressful period.

What makes it a “capsule series” is that all episodes will speak to things quarantine-related and how to “survive & thrive” during this difficult time.

We have three guests in this first series, and, the guests for this series just so happen to be 3 of my IRL besties (I am SO EXCITED!!!):

1. Jessica Ortner (released 4/30): NYT best selling author, co-founder of The Tapping Solution App.  Jess shares the SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN method for reducing anxiety (and emotional eating) that she and her brothers have built an empire around The Tapping Solution! ICYMI: tapping makes full use of the mind-body connection, acknowledging and integrating the concepts that physical pain, disease, and mental wellbeing are intricately connected to our emotional states. Tapping has been shown to reduce anxiety by 50% in 10 minutes or less.

2. Tara Stiles (released Monday 5/4): NYT best selling author, yoga guru, and founder of Strala Yoga. SO excited to have the QUEEN of finding ease on our show to speak with us about: finding ease during this crazy stressful time, what wellness can look like RIGHT NOW, and, the future of wellness. AND, in case you need a REALLY good laugh, do not miss this HILARIOUS parody of the yoga world, written by Tara, and starring familiar faces!

3. Alex Jamieson (releasing Monday 5/11): wellness and relationship expert behind “Supersize Me,” interviewed by Oprah, 5-time best-selling author, who will be joined by her partner in teaching and in marriage, Bob Gower. They will be sharing their proven approach to getting clear on what you need and want individually in relationships so you can come together, support each other, and thrive as a team through this crisis and beyond.
