Prenatal Yoga Series for Fit Expecting Mamas on Qinetic

A lot of people have been asking why I haven’t done much in the way of prenatal yoga.  There are many reasons, and maybe I will get into them at a later date, but the relevant information NOW is: I started a LIVE streaming Prenatal Yoga Series on Qinetic.com for fit expecting mamas!  We shot the first one this past Friday, and I will continue to shoot new 30-minute yoga routines LIVE Fridays at 10am – be sure to check the Qinetic schedule for the most up-to-date information.

NOW: there are MANY prenatal yoga workouts on the market. Every one I have seen is very low key and restorative, which isn’t what my body wants all of the time, so I am doing this series for mamas-to-be like me who want a little something more.  If you are a pregnant woman, please listen to your body, and always do what is right for you. Use chairs and walls for balance, take a child’s pose or a sip of water whenever you need, and always make any modifications that are right for YOU at whatever stage of your pregnancy you are in.
