Spicy Thai Basil Peanut Pizza

Who doesn’t love peanut butter, basil or pizza?  Combine them and you’ve got a delicious pizza for meatless Monday or any other day!

Ingredients:

  • Store bought pizza crust or bottom of choice
  • Store bought spicy Thai peanut sauce (or make your own!)
  • Firm pre-cooked thai or peanut tofu (or make your own!)
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Carrots, finely sliced
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions: 

Spread peanut sauce over crust. Then, layer on all toppings, drizzle with more sauce, season, and bake for 6-8 minutes (or more if using a crust that requires more baking time) at 425 degrees.  Enjoy!
