Easy, Breezy, Beautiful DIY Granola

This super clean, super healthy, super food granola can be enjoyed as a snack on its own, in a parfait, or with my favorite – spirulina almond mylk!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup oats 
  • ½ cup raw almonds 
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup goji berries 
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients, oats through goji berries, and set aside.  Mix wet ingredients plus seasonings, while heating on low on stovetop.  Fold wet ingredients into the oat mixutre.  Mix well, then lay flat on a baking sheet.  Bake for 25 minutes at 325, flipping at least once.  Allow to cool completely.
