Hi Heidi, Good luck on your surgery and recovery, it is called TrueREPAIR http://bit.ly/IgqecO
Truly, this is the BEST stuff I know and have been using for recovery and yes, post injury/recover after surgery. Amazing. Much love. xo
Thank you so much, Monika! Much love to you <3 xo, Heidi
I’m sure you already know, but turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory and helped me recover from injury. Best of luck on your recovery!
Never hurts to be reminded of a great healer <3 Thank you! Xo, Heidi
Hi Heidi,
I currently have injuries too and I love my strong yoga practise so it’s very hard to slow down while healing. You are my inspiration.
As for natural beauty regimen. I’m trying out acupuncture to help with overall health. I also use Caudalie brand for skin care. I drink a lot of green tea too =)
All the best on your surgery!
Sending you lots of love!
Catherine
Thank you, Catherine! I am looking forward to finding amore nurturing way to practice as I heal – hope we can inspire each other <3 Yay for beauty tips! Xo, Heidi
Heidi– I broke my fingers last year and it actually was a yoga injury for me… It woke me up to radical acceptance of what is. Months of not practicing asana turned out to be a most nourishing, humbling, and cleansing experience. I had to step back from my physical practice and cultivate peace from within. It was my body telling me to relax, slow down, and nurture myself with love, patience, and self-compassion. I am so sorry you have to experience this. I trust that it will strengthen, enliven, and inspire you in ways you least expect. Your healing will empower others to allow themselves to be still and relax. Your healing will be graceful and courageous, just as you are always. I admire you and I am sending you loving light and wishes for ease and serenity.
