Summertime Solstice Celebration at Athleta
Join Ambassador Heidi Kristoffer for a super special yoga class celebrating the summer solstice AND national yoga day! Rather than doing the same sun salutation for the whole class, Heidi will lead you through a plethora of different variations of sun salutations, that will keep you on your toes and heart pumping the whole time, with a nice cooling stretch at the end! To make sure you stay hydrated, SOS will be providing Heidi’s favorite hydration drink for everyone participating in class.
