Strong Arm Yoga Flow

Not a whole lot will get your arms stronger than holding yourself up with your own two hands.  This 30-minute flow is designed to remind you just how strong you are, and allow you to feel even stronger.  Enjoy!

    I just did it instead of taking a resistance training class with weights that I like to take every Wednesday at the gym because I have been feeling strange pain at my upper right back/shoulder. As much as I like training with weight once a week for my bone health, I felt so safe and good today using just my body weight with this little pain I have. Also, there are so many great stretches for shoulder and upper back in this flow which I loved to know! Thank you for this video!! It was wonderful :)
