Arms & Shoulders Prenatal Yoga Flow

Pregnancy can be tough on a woman: physically and mentally. This flow is designed to keep fit mama’s to be feeling proud of their strong arms as their beautiful bellies grow. You are going to need those strong arms to lift and carry your baby through her or his first stage of life!  As always: you know you better than anyone else: if something doesn’t feel right for you, modify or don’t do it at all.  This is YOUR pregnancy – be the boss of you and your little babies – keep all of you healthy, happy and strong!  Take lots of deep breaths, and hydrate throughout as needed!
