Yoga Video Routine for Runners

Running is awesome… except all that tightness you feel after your muscles cool down.  This yoga video routine specifically targets all of the areas on your body that running can tighten; it opens, lengthens and strengthens you, so that you can have a long, healthy, happy running life. Take deep breaths, be easy on your body here, (that running will do a number on you!) and enjoy!
