Yoga-Tabata Mashup

Some people steer clear of yoga thinking they don’t have the time. Traditional yoga classes can be upwards of 90 minutes. On the flip side: tabata is the time-crunched person’s workout dream come true: 4 minutes, broken down into 8 rounds: 20 seconds of a high intensity move, 10 seconds resting. Typically, the first 4 rounds are one move, and the second 4 rounds are another move. In order to make this workout even more efficient, we came up with a Tabata Yoga Mash-Up where you do a restorative yoga pose during the rest period, to maximize your entire time. This way, you get the high intensity AND the opening. Try it out! Have fun! And, don’t forget to breathe!
