Yoga Routine for All-Day Mindfulness – VIDEO

Fall is a time of transition, and it is easy to feel scattered, unfocused, and all over the place.  This yoga routine is meant to halt all that chaos – it is full of poses to hone your focus.  When you connect your breath to your movement, and practice being in the here and now, you are more present, and more focused, which makes you more mindful.  Start off your day with this routine, or do it any time you feel like you need some reining in, and you will experience how mindfulness is simply a few breaths and poses away.  Enjoy!
