8-Angle Pose, also know as “Astavakrasana” (in Sanskrit, “asta” = eight, vakra= bent, “asana” = pose) is deceptively easy. No, really! This pose actually holds itself up, so once you have figured out the mechanics of it all, it’s no big thing to stay and hang out in.
This video helps wake up your core and open up the different parts of your body needed to get into this arm balance with ease. Deep breaths and have fun!
