Spicy Thai Basil Peanut Pizza
Who doesn’t love peanut butter, basil or pizza? Combine them and you’ve got a delicious pizza for meatless Monday or any other day!
- Store bought pizza crust or bottom of choice
- Store bought spicy Thai peanut sauce (or make your own!)
- Firm pre-cooked thai or peanut tofu (or make your own!)
- Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Carrots, finely sliced
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Spread peanut sauce over crust. Then, layer on all toppings, drizzle with more sauce, season, and bake for 6-8 minutes (or more if using a crust that requires more baking time) at 425 degrees. Enjoy!
