Announcing My New 30-Day Challenge HYDRATION

Y’all know how much I love a 30-Day Challenge, and I am BEYOND excited about this next one:

30 Day Hydration Challenge with Essentia Water!!

How it works: 

  • Dates: April 1st – 30th, 2015
  • Challenge: Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day
  • I will be v-logging about my experience on the challenge, and I want YOU to please comment right here on my blog about how you are feeling doing it with me (because I REALLY want you to do this with me!!)
  • Why: to empower YOU to experience how amazing your body and mind feel when properly hydrated!
  • Winnings: lots of Essentia swag including trucker hats, track jackets and fitted tees, and one lucky person will win 2 CASES of Essentia Water 1L bottles – winners will be chosen from blog comments
  • Bonus: If you are in NYC, and come to The Movement to take a CrossFlowX class with me, 50 cents of each Essentia bottle purchased will be donated to the National Brain Tumor Foundation – hydration perfected PLUS donations to an amazing cause? Win, WIN!

    YES! I’m definitely in! While I was a stay at home mom, I managed to drink enough water (more than enough really). But I recently went back to work & I’m struggling with my water intake. I need this challenge in my life :)

    I am in! First had Essentia Water when they were giving free samples a number of months ago in Hermosa Beach, CA and loved it.
